Responsibilities
- Actively develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of the platform’s applications
- Acquire proficiency in Elixir through mentorship and on-the-job learning from experienced team members
- Partner with technical leads and founders to design and implement new application features
- Collaborate with engineers to refactor and enhance code quality and system architecture
- Design and deliver intuitive, polished, and user-friendly interfaces
- Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture
- Begin writing production-ready React and TypeScript code immediately upon onboarding
- Develop end-to-end customer-facing features, from database modeling to frontend presentation
- Demonstrate strong motivation to master Elixir and a proven ability to learn new programming languages quickly
- Take initiative and remain self-driven while adapting to continuous learning in a dynamic setting
- Work effectively within a compact team, engaging directly with company founders on product and organizational development
- Thrive in a rapidly evolving environment with shifting priorities and fast iteration cycles
