Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems for fleet orchestration, scheduling, manufacturing execution, and data pipeline infrastructure.
- Design and implement APIs and backend services that interface with AI-powered applications, prioritizing reliability and speed.
- Architect and scale database systems across SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases to ensure efficient data handling.
- Lead development of backend services with a focus on performance, long-term maintainability, and system stability.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to support high availability and low-latency operations at scale.
- Deploy and manage production systems on AWS using Kubernetes and modern DevOps methodologies.
- Collaborate with robotics researchers, platform engineers, and machine learning teams to embed orchestration and data workflows into scientific processes.
