- Primarily develop on open-source platforms
- Take full ownership of solution design, implementation, and maintenance
- Join the team rebuilding the core on-demand delivery platform from scratch
- Manage phased development and migration from legacy systems to new infrastructure
- Lead joint design initiatives in algorithmically challenging system components
- Build essential features of the next-generation delivery platform

Reports to the Software Engineering Manager within the Logistics division. Member of the On-Demand Delivery Logistics team, which develops and maintains systems powering the delivery network for the Takealot Group.
