Responsibilities
- Establish and refine observability and system resilience benchmarks, aligning them with quantifiable risk mitigation objectives across engineering services.
- Evaluate service adherence to defined standards, analyze associated risks and remediation efforts, and lead initiatives to resolve compliance gaps sustainably.
- Build and implement scalable observability and reliability solutions throughout the development lifecycle, using automation and artificial intelligence to ensure default compliance, while collaborating with platform, SRE, product, and engineering teams for broad adoption.
- Offer technical guidance and ongoing mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth through design critiques, joint problem-solving, and promoting operational best practices.
