Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and support business-essential applications developed with .NET technologies
- Focus on ongoing application upkeep, including diagnosing incidents, identifying root causes, and applying lasting fixes
- Deliver continuous support for systems built with Delphi to ensure reliable performance and minimal service interruptions
- Evaluate how data moves across interconnected software systems and platforms
- Identify and document potential paths for modernizing legacy Delphi applications, especially those integrated with robotics or long-lived systems
- Interpret and assess both business and technical requirements for software changes
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and live environment issues
- Conduct code reviews and promote adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Enable seamless integration with databases, external APIs, and third-party services
- Configure and manage data processing pipelines using Apache NiFi when necessary
- Produce clear technical documentation and user-facing support resources
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance teams
- Maintain the reliability and technical integrity of critical operational services
- Improve monitoring, alerting mechanisms, and system observability features
- Assist in resolving infrastructure dependencies related to data integration and flow, including those involving Apache NiFi
