Dev.Pro is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build a new CI/CD tool from scratch for a Fortune 500 fintech client. You will develop backend services that aggregate data from internal systems to create access-controlled dashboards, delivering real-time project visibility to stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop new features and backend services that power access-controlled dashboards for different stakeholder levels
- Build and implement integrations with multiple internal systems and data sources
- Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and deliver effective solutions
- Mentor junior developers and actively contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation for new features and integrations
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to support effective planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience, including building backend services that support data aggregation and dashboard generation
- Practical experience with Python
- Experience with unit/integration testing in Java/Python
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and data integration
- Proven experience with access management and role-based permission systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Kanban workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with advanced access control models and modern authentication standards
- Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
- Domain experience in fintech
- Experience working with Harness CI/CD / Harness SEI
