Responsibilities
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with client stakeholders on project progress and strategic recommendations.
- Develop clean, efficient, and high-performing client-side code that emphasizes testability, scalability, security, and overall quality.
- Contribute actively to project planning and estimation using established methodologies and tools.
- Collect and analyze requirements, then organize and demonstrate implemented features to clients.
- Carry out complex development tasks in alignment with defined processes and quality benchmarks across multiple projects.
- Support client success by working closely with engineers, designers, and managers to identify user challenges, foresee issues, and refine solutions.
- Participate in agile practices such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other team governance rituals.
- Engage with engineering communities to mentor peers through Communities of Practice or project teams, advancing collective technical expertise.
- Lead project execution independently within set architectural boundaries, showing ownership from concept through deployment.
