Responsibilities
- Design and manage systems on public cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Ensure platform security, reliability, and developer usability
- Support global scalability of infrastructure and services
- Implement automation to eliminate manual processes
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams
- Focus on resolving operational challenges and optimizing system performance
Requirements
- Minimum of six years of experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Familiarity with RESTful API design concepts and best practices
- Extensive hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Infrastructure as Code, and Kubernetes
- Proven background working with Istio service mesh
- Proficiency in building backend services using Golang or Python, with preference for Golang
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
- Demonstrated expertise in security practices and secure system design
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
