Responsibilities
- Guide and support junior engineers to promote professional development and a positive team environment
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from concept to completion, handling uncertainty and ensuring team alignment
- Lead collaborative conversations across teams to define needs and design efficient technical architectures
- Develop reliable and scalable software solutions using Python, Django, and current frontend frameworks
- Produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full technology stack including backend, frontend, and database layers
- Handle large-scale data workflows involving transformation, validation, and analysis
- Communicate progress clearly and promptly, identifying and resolving obstacles to keep initiatives on track
- Enhance the performance and structure of current platforms through iterative improvements
- Deliver rapid iterations with a focus on delivering measurable value
