Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy features spanning the backend Rails framework and frontend TypeScript and React components
- Lead the integration of strong software engineering practices into existing legacy codebases
- Take full ownership of projects from technical planning to coding, testing, and release
- Work closely with product and design teams to clarify requirements and deliver impactful solutions
- Produce clear, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code while advancing team coding standards
- Engage in code review processes, offering actionable feedback to enhance overall code quality
- Proactively detect and resolve technical debt, defects, and performance inefficiencies
- Support architectural planning and guide the team toward effective technical choices
