Responsibilities
- Lead long-term initiatives spanning multiple quarters that redefine how engine updates are developed, tested, and released, from initial problem analysis through deployment.
- Refactor core components of the Decision Engine and supporting tools to minimize manual effort, streamline development processes, and enable safer, faster deployments of complex changes.
- Take full ownership of essential platform modules—such as validation systems, fault monitoring, and developer tooling—used across multiple engineering teams working on the engine.
- Transform unclear, high-level engine challenges into structured technical roadmaps by defining milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing end-to-end delivery.
- Provide technical mentorship to engineers within and beyond the immediate team through code reviews, collaborative coding sessions, and actionable feedback to elevate overall team performance.
