Responsibilities
- Architect and implement secure, user-friendly APIs and services that support subscription and payment systems.
- Integrate AI tools like Claude Code as core collaborators in development workflows, including specification creation, code generation, testing, and validation.
- Develop and document AI-native engineering methodologies tailored to the Growth team, creating reusable frameworks for wider organizational use.
- Deliver end-to-end solutions across the technology stack, ensuring performance, stability, and polish for large-scale user audiences.
- Partner with product and design teams to transform complex user needs into efficient and scalable technical solutions.
- Engage in architectural planning, peer code reviews, and initiatives that promote engineering excellence and ongoing optimization.
- Take part in on-call duties and contribute to incident management and resolution processes.
- Leverage agentic development patterns to accelerate output while maintaining high standards of code quality and system reliability.
- Guide junior engineers, refine team workflows, and help advance AI-driven engineering standards within the team.
- Ensure the features you develop meet performance, reliability, and accessibility benchmarks.
Compensation
The position offers a competitive salary and equity package, with region-specific ranges: $148,000–$216,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates and 171,500–201,000 CAD for Canadian-based candidates. Final pay reflects experience, skills, and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, financial, and other offerings.
