Responsibilities
- Guide technical architecture and key decisions for major product releases affecting the cloud platform, with focus on distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and database technologies.
- Build new features across networking, control plane, and managed service layers, including support for multi-cloud and multi-region deployments, secure access, identity management, and storage systems.
- Address complex, high-impact system challenges by designing solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability, with attention to consistency, performance, security, and cost efficiency across shared and dedicated environments.
- Diagnose and resolve critical issues in production cloud environments, including hard-to-detect distributed systems bugs, performance interference between tenants, and inconsistencies across cloud providers.
