Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy clean, efficient code across the full stack, working with team members to deliver end-to-end features while prioritizing code quality through testing, test-driven development, and refactoring; maintain strict attention to data security and user privacy.
- Help evolve the engineering culture by identifying performance bottlenecks, system inefficiencies, and process gaps, then collaborating on solutions; contribute to setting and refining internal standards and influencing team strategy.
- Engage in product planning and development by proposing solutions, evaluating tradeoffs, and translating business requirements into technical implementations; collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams; project management experience is beneficial.
