Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of integrations between CRM, DAM, and other platforms with internal systems.
- Establish and guide integration architecture, promoting reusable and scalable patterns while advancing engineering standards in reliability, scalability, and system observability.
- Transform complex, multi-system data into actionable features that link content performance to sales results.
- Work closely with clients, professional services, and deployment teams to gather requirements, influence technical choices, and support successful project delivery.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across distributed systems and multiple technical domains by identifying root causes and implementing fixes.
- Develop high-quality written materials such as runbooks, technical documentation, and configuration guides.
- Apply disciplined practices in project and operations tools by writing clear specifications, maintaining accurate progress tracking, following naming and structure standards, and ensuring transparency for cross-functional partners.
