Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable features across the full technology stack
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define feature specifications
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions
- Contribute to system architecture and long-term technical strategy
- Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on project goals
- Improve developer tooling and internal workflows
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies when appropriate
- Maintain focus on user experience and product usability
- Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems
- Support deployment pipelines and infrastructure improvements
- Help refine engineering best practices and documentation
