Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle frontend development for key cryptocurrency transaction features such as sending, receiving, and monitoring transaction status across web and mobile platforms
- Improve critical customer journey metrics including latency, system availability, and service level objectives for payment-related workflows
- Develop and launch user-facing tools like contact management interfaces and live transaction tracking components
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define scope, set priorities, and deliver features that enhance customer experience and reduce support inquiries
- Diagnose and eliminate frontend performance issues in payment systems to decrease overall latency and increase reliability at scale
