Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with client stakeholders about project progress and strategic recommendations.
- Develop frontend code that is efficient, high-performing, testable, secure, and built to scale.
- Contribute to accurate project planning and estimation using established methodologies and tools.
- Collect and analyze requirements, then organize and present implemented features to clients.
- Participate in agile workflows, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and team governance.
- Support engineering excellence by mentoring peers through Communities of Practice and project teams.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to align technical choices with project objectives and schedules.
- Ensure code quality by enforcing standards, conducting reviews, and guiding team members in best practices.
- Solve complex technical problems, debug issues, and provide direction to ensure successful UI project delivery.
