About the Role
The Infrastructure & Productivity team builds the technical foundation for global engineering scalability, focusing on reliability, security, and efficiency while enabling product delivery through managed platforms and automation.
Responsibilities
- Direct the creation of the DevOps approach
- Collaborate with various teams to construct and improve cloud systems focused on performance, scalability, and security to enable significant growth
- Provide advanced knowledge in managing operational platforms, enhancing monitoring and alerting to reduce issue detection time and improve system stability without compromising speed or security
- Facilitate agreement among DevOps Engineers in different locations and teams on tools and methods, turning shared understanding into formal standards

On-site — Seoul, South Korea
Team
The team develops the core technical infrastructure supporting worldwide engineering expansion, serving internal engineers by maintaining essential systems like Kubernetes, Kafka, CI/CD, and observability, aiming for high reliability, security, cost efficiency, and automation while promoting standardization and ease of use.
