Shipsy is hiring a Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Lead development efforts with a strong attention to detail, prioritizing performance, efficiency, and optimal user experience
  • Collaborate across diverse systems, teams, and technologies to drive solutions from concept through to deployment
  • Maintain high standards in engineering practices and ensure uniformity across multiple codebases and workflows
  • Engage in technical documentation, peer code reviews, and cross-team collaboration to strengthen system design and knowledge sharing
  • Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems supporting high-traffic SaaS applications using microservices
  • Develop reusable component libraries and design systems using TypeScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and solving complex UI challenges
  • Influence and contribute to both technical strategy and product direction through active roadmap participation
