Responsibilities
- Design and build core platform capabilities that address diverse requirements and operational constraints.
- Lead front-end development efforts in React and establish standards for user interface engineering practices.
- Create robust solutions on both front-end and back-end systems, prioritizing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
- Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver high-priority technical projects.
- Develop innovative approaches within practical limitations to enhance system adaptability and long-term scalability.
- Support the evolution of development workflows, including continuous integration, data architecture, and iterative delivery methods like prototyping and milestone planning.
- Guide and develop fellow engineers, promoting a culture of technical excellence, transparency, and teamwork.
