Responsibilities
- Architect and refine blockchain systems prioritizing scalability, security, and high performance
- Build, integrate, and maintain smart contracts within decentralized protocols and infrastructure
- Perform technical research and develop proof-of-concept implementations for emerging DeFi and blockchain technologies
- Create and enhance solutions for cross-chain interoperability, including bridging and atomic swap protocols
- Improve efficiency of smart contract execution with focus on reducing gas usage and latency
- Work alongside internal and third-party security auditors to detect weaknesses and reinforce system defenses
- Lead code review processes and help shape engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and development practices
- Guide junior and mid-level developers while fostering a cooperative engineering environment
