Responsibilities

- Develop software with a platform-centric approach, ensuring components are reusable, scalable, and built for future extensibility.
- Integrate AI-powered tools into daily engineering tasks to speed up coding, testing, and documentation while upholding code quality and validation standards.
- Partner with product and business teams to clarify requirements, set priorities, and define measurable success criteria before development starts.
- Use analytics, monitoring, and user feedback to assess the real-world impact of delivered features and guide future improvements.
- Lead innovation efforts by testing new technologies, building prototypes, and promoting engineering advancements within the team.
- Support team growth through technical mentorship, architecture guidance, and active participation in code and design reviews.
