Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle implementation of advanced token and wrapped asset projects, including smart contract deployment, API architecture, service level objectives, and live production releases across various blockchain networks.
- Develop and maintain Go-based backend services and smart contracts responsible for creating, destroying, transferring, and reconciling wrapped assets with strict accuracy across distributed systems.
- Improve the speed and safety of asset transformation and migration workflows to enable efficient, large-scale token deployments, updates, and transitions.
- Collaborate with teams across trading, custody, stablecoin operations, compliance, and blockchain infrastructure to deliver high-impact features that drive onchain advancement and business growth.
- Serve as primary on-call lead for critical platform services, enhancing monitoring, documentation, and operational processes to maintain system stability for top-priority infrastructure.
- Elevate engineering standards by mentoring early-career developers, participating in technical design evaluations, and defining best practices that improve overall code quality and system design.
