Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, coding, and ongoing support of high-performance, scalable systems that align with the platform's expanding requirements.
- Design, propose, and deploy cloud-native solutions that enhance system adaptability, responsiveness, and long-term scalability.
- Lead technical planning sessions and advise team members on coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns.
- Partner with and guide cross-functional groups to deliver new features and products that meet user needs and uphold quality benchmarks.
- Support and mentor mid-tier engineers by enhancing their technical expertise and promoting a mindset of ongoing development.
- Research and assess new tools, technologies, and industry trends to foster innovation and improve engineering workflows.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $195,000 - $230,000 per year.
