Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of backend systems for prediction markets, covering market creation, discovery, trading, oracle resolution, settlement, and payout workflows.
- Build high-performance, low-latency systems to support a real-time financial platform serving millions of users.
- Ensure system reliability and speed by managing service-level objectives, monitoring, and incident response for large-scale services.
- Establish technical excellence through high-quality code, rigorous design reviews, and targeted reduction of critical technical debt.
- Guide engineering teammates and collaborate with Product, Design, Institutional Markets, and Compliance teams to shape product and technical roadmaps.
