About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage high-performing, secure, and maintainable software systems with comprehensive testing practices.
- Implement advanced architectural designs and infrastructure standards, ensuring system reliability and monitoring performance after deployment.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical partners throughout the product development cycle, from concept to launch.
- Take initiative in optimizing team processes and engineering practices to improve productivity and delivery speed.
- Guide junior team members through mentorship and promote ongoing learning and growth within the engineering group.
