Responsibilities
- Create scalable backend system components
- Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to address user challenges
- Deliver clean, sustainable, and defect-free code
- Engage in technical and product design evaluations
- Complete all assigned code review tasks promptly
- Take part in on-call schedules to maintain service reliability
- Assist DevOps and infrastructure teams within service boundaries
- Offer technical guidance, mentorship, and share knowledge with team members

- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required
- Must work from the Jakarta office location
- Active participation in team on-call rotations is expected
