Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions for development pipelines
- Build and maintain internal developer tools used across engineering teams
- Improve reliability and speed of continuous integration and deployment systems
- Collaborate with engineers to identify pain points in development workflows
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in build and test infrastructure
- Develop APIs and interfaces to streamline tool integration
- Ensure tooling supports secure and compliant development practices
- Optimize resource usage in testing and deployment environments
- Create documentation and support materials for internal tools
- Monitor system usage and gather feedback for iterative improvements
- Integrate observability and metrics into automation platforms
- Support onboarding of new engineers to development tooling
- Maintain backward compatibility during tool updates
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Evaluate new technologies for potential adoption in tooling stack
- Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term scalability
- Ensure tools align with security and access control policies
