Responsibilities
- Participate in every stage of product development, from initial concept through prototyping, implementation, and ongoing refinement
- Develop and maintain both user-facing interfaces and the backend systems that support them
- Adjust and enhance pre-existing machine learning models to better fit specific application needs
- Create robust and scalable backend infrastructure to power AI-driven features in live environments
- Use artificial intelligence to update and streamline outdated processes in the real estate sector
- Assess and compare large language model performance across metrics such as speed, expense, precision, and error rates
- Optimize prompts, reasoning structures, and retrieval methods including RAG and vector databases
- Track the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of AI features in production
- Design and implement valuable AI-driven functionalities in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Guide and support the technical development of fellow engineering team members
- Work closely with product, design, and operations staff to uncover and resolve customer challenges
