Responsibilities
- Create and manage internal tooling and platform features that enhance efficiency for high-impact, non-technical operations
- Turn unclear operational challenges into clear, robust software solutions
- Establish system boundaries for authentication, execution, data storage, deployment, and upkeep to ensure internal tools are secure and reusable
- Develop with strong product intuition, balancing adaptability while distinguishing between existing platforms and new AI-driven tools
- Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and internal user groups to deliver production-ready systems
- Take full ownership of systems from development through deployment, support, and ongoing refinement
