Responsibilities
- Optimize the retrieval system to decrease response time and operational expenses, enhancing the speed and efficiency of AI-driven features
- Enhance the precision and usefulness of search outputs so users can quickly locate relevant information
- Extend the system’s reach to support queries across new internal data types and external data integrations
- Develop and refine search infrastructure using OpenSearch or ElasticSearch technologies
- Support the development of machine learning-based capabilities such as semantic search and embedding-driven retrieval
- Work closely with teams in New York while maintaining strong collaboration with colleagues based in Warsaw
