About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Senior Software Engineer to help build and maintain our Continuity Assurance Platform. This role requires solving complex technical challenges, contributing to system architecture, and delivering robust, scalable software solutions. The engineer will work closely with architects and senior team members to guide technical decisions and support reliable system delivery.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and sustain software systems that are scalable, secure, and performant
- Implement features within distributed and resilient system architectures
- Take ownership of code through development, debugging, peer reviews, and performance tuning
- Uphold strong engineering standards across coding, testing, and release processes
- Maintain rigorous code quality, testing coverage, documentation, and system dependability
- Integrate modern engineering methods such as automated workflows, system observability, and AI-driven tools
- Engage in agile planning, task estimation, and iterative development cycles
- Deliver robust features and improvements on schedule without compromising quality
