Responsibilities
- Design clean and effective solutions for intricate technical challenges at the intersection of engineering and IT operations within a small agile team.
- Utilize advanced tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Grafana, ElasticSearch, and Kubernetes to build and maintain a high-performance platform and customer applications.
- Support investigations into customer-reported performance issues and help implement corrective actions.
- Create specialized performance analysis tools to identify and resolve system inefficiencies.
- Develop libraries, frameworks, and infrastructure to enable automated performance testing.
- Address urgent system issues and build software solutions and automation to prevent future occurrences.
