Responsibilities
- Collaborate daily with a team of 5 to 8 developers through coding, peer reviews, mentoring, and joint problem-solving.
- Build and maintain backend systems using C#, .NET, Python, SQL Server, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Design and implement APIs leveraging Apache SOLR and NodeJS.
- Contribute to non-coding aspects of projects including testing, documentation, and system upkeep.
- Promote and uphold high standards in software development and technical decision-making.
- Stay informed about evolving technologies and industry advancements.
- Lead the integration of innovative tools and methodologies into team workflows.
