Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives from initial planning through deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Act as a key technical resource, contributing to coding efforts while also providing leadership and strategic direction.
- Create robust, scalable software architectures that accommodate future growth and performance demands.
- Support system modernization by migrating legacy monolithic applications to service-based and cloud-native platforms.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and external partners to align on and execute strategic goals.
- Assess and propose appropriate AWS services and infrastructure designs based on project needs and business objectives.
- Guide and support junior engineers through mentorship to enhance team-wide technical proficiency.
- Explain complex technical decisions, alternatives, and implementation strategies to diverse audiences clearly.
