Responsibilities
- Develop and support backend services, APIs, and automated systems that strengthen the internal software delivery infrastructure.
- Maintain and improve integrations, automation logic, access controls, and operations for core SaaS platforms used in software delivery.
- Create and manage event-driven architectures using cloud technologies such as AWS Lambda, SQS, and Kafka.
- Build integrations, service layers, and wrapper APIs to extend third-party tools and minimize manual intervention in operations.
- Ensure platform services are reliable, observable, and scalable through thoughtful design and consistent operational practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed platform capabilities into development workflows and enhance developer productivity.
