Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services for high availability and performance
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Participate in system architecture planning and technical roadmap discussions
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools
- Optimize applications for scalability and speed
- Ensure security best practices are followed across systems
- Work with data teams to support analytics and reporting needs
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts
- Document technical designs and operational procedures
- Drive automation efforts across development and operations
