About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to build scalable systems and contribute to a collaborative, innovation-driven engineering culture using modern technologies like TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and technical execution of custom full-stack features.
- Build, test, and oversee features to ensure reliability and high performance.
- Maintain and enhance the team's codebase with clean, scalable, and sustainable code.
- Work with stakeholders and developers to design intuitive, scalable systems for customers and internal tools.
- Engage in discussions about software solution strategies and technical direction.
- Design, test, and sustain code within the team’s area of ownership.
- Produce code that is clear, maintainable, and built for growth.
- Track and analyze system performance to ensure stability and efficiency.
- Support DevOps adoption through infrastructure-as-code practices for automation and resilience.
- Gain insight into organizational objectives to align technical work with business goals.
- Complete additional tasks as required by the team or leadership.
