DVT is hiring a Senior Software Developer in Test (Senior SDET)

Responsibilities

Lead the development, evaluation, and refinement of unit, component, and contract testing for APIs and mobile apps.
Mentor engineers in test design, risk-based approaches, and test strategy, clearly differentiating test categories.
Assess where and how much to test based on risk, code complexity, stability, and past defect patterns.
Promote shift-left testing to integrate quality assurance earlier in the software development process.
Advocate for mobile testing using Espresso for Android and XCUITest for iOS at both UI and service layers.
Develop and sustain scalable automation frameworks targeting mobile and API testing layers.
Drive measurable improvements in test coverage and automation maturity across engineering teams.
