Key Responsibilities: - Communicate performance test strategies and results across cross-functional teams - Develop and execute complex scalability tests identifying system performance bottlenecks - Investigate root causes of performance issues collaboratively with development teams - Create testing frameworks using JS/TS/NodeJS; leveraging Docker, AWS, Azure, Jenkins - Integrate continuous testing systems and performance metric reporting - Potential stand-by and off-hours support required Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - 5+ years software development experience in performance/scale testing - Expertise designing data-intensive application performance tests - Strong cloud (AWS/Azure) and Docker proficiency - CI/CD Jenkins experience - Linux/Windows resource management understanding - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Remote work experience - Comfort speaking candidly - Sense of humor preferred - Bonus: Goat appreciation Salary Range: $165,000 - $195,000 Compensation depends on geographic location and individual expertise.
