About the Role
This role involves shaping the technical direction of digital solutions through strategic system design and full-stack development. The individual will collaborate with tech leads, guide engineering teams, and translate prototypes into production-grade features, with deep involvement in cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and architectural decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Partner with tech leads to define system architecture and development roadmaps
- Assume interim tech lead duties when needed, making decisions that support business and product objectives
- Create scalable, efficient, and maintainable software architectures
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations that evolve into core product features
- Lead complex, results-focused development initiatives using broad full-stack expertise
- Identify and resolve technical and architectural challenges to enhance system quality
- Build and deploy systems using modern technologies, with advanced cloud platform integration
- Support the creation and rollout of AI-powered applications and services
- Coach junior developers in areas including system design, cloud infrastructure, and AI tools
- Share technical knowledge across teams to promote innovation and skill growth
- Participate in technical hiring by evaluating candidates' technical abilities and team alignment
- Deliver technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution proposals to stakeholders
- Communicate technical plans clearly to internal teams and external partners
- Improve development workflows with an emphasis on performance and scalability
- Advocate for industry best practices in architecture, cloud services, and AI development
- Monitor advancements in AI and cloud computing to inform product innovation
