Responsibilities
- Create and deploy scalable software, data, and machine learning solutions tailored to client needs
- Solve interdisciplinary challenges by applying expertise in software development, data engineering, and MLOps
- Plan and execute data pipelines, ML workflows, and supporting infrastructure in cloud or on-premise environments
- Develop full lifecycle solutions that meet defined requirements and documentation standards
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines, data processing workflows, model deployment processes, and automation strategies
- Contribute to containerized, virtualized, and cloud-native platforms that enable data and ML operations
- Advance modernization efforts by optimizing architecture, testing, deployment, observability, data integrity, and system maintainability
- Specify, record, and convey non-functional requirements including performance, reliability, security, scalability, and ease of maintenance
- Support end-to-end machine learning lifecycle practices such as experiment tracking, model version control, validation, deployment, promotion, rollback, and monitoring
- Mentor team members in software development, data engineering, MLOps, and project delivery standards
- Take ownership of tasks from start to finish, proactively manage workload, and prioritize effectively
- Maintain and improve internal software development guidelines and quality benchmarks
- Evaluate, prototype, and integrate emerging tools, techniques, and technologies
- Provide technical guidance to clients on architecture decisions, trade-offs, data platforms, and ML system design
