Responsibilities

• Evaluates project requirements and works closely with product owners, team members, or system architects.
• Executes technical designs with minimal or no supervision.
• Produces reliable, production-grade source code.
• Constructs and validates code to meet functional specifications and achieves complete unit test coverage.
• Engages in peer code reviews, both by submitting code and reviewing others' work.
• Maintains comprehensive documentation for code and system design.
• Provides realistic time estimates and monitors personal task progress.
• Identifies potential obstacles early and delivers clear status updates to project managers.
• Operates efficiently within an adaptive development environment where priorities, requirements, and scope may shift during project execution.
• Supports the creation and delivery of user manuals, guides, and related product documentation.
• May deliver training and technical support to staff and clients for new or updated products.
• Translates technical capabilities of products for client understanding.
• Offers support after product release to both internal and external users.
• Contributes to refining the software development process by identifying areas for improvement.
