Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, coding, and performance tuning of full-stack applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL.
• Guide system design and technical discussions for new features with a focus on scalability, modularity, and speed.
• Take full ownership of development cycles from planning through deployment, following best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Develop efficient RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with reusable frontend components.
• Optimize performance on both client and server sides, including time to first byte, largest contentful paint, code splitting, caching, database efficiency, and Lighthouse metrics.
• Work closely with design, product, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, offer architectural insights, and promote high engineering standards across the team.
• Use Docker and Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines to deploy services to AWS within a microservices architecture.
• Apply AI-powered development tools to boost productivity and support team-wide adoption.
