Responsibilities
- Create and deploy robust infrastructure systems that ensure continuous availability at scale
- Develop and enhance tools and platforms that simplify deployment, monitoring, and system recovery processes
- Lead incident management activities and apply insights to reduce system downtime and improve mean time to resolution
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability, fault tolerance, and observability standards into service design
- Automate infrastructure operations using infrastructure-as-code and modern cloud-native technologies
- Foster a culture of operational rigor by mentoring engineers in reliability methodologies and elevating organizational standards
Compensation
The expected base salary for this role ranges from $182,300 to $220,000, plus a competitive equity and benefits package. Final compensation considers factors such as location, technical expertise, skills, and experience.
