Responsibilities
- Advise on optimal implementation strategies and ongoing support for high-value clients to ensure sustained success
- Assess client needs by analyzing business goals and technical specifications
- Design tailored implementation roadmaps and suggest appropriate services or partner support based on individual client requirements
- Collaborate directly with clients or partners to determine necessary resources
- Define and communicate clear project milestones, timelines, and execution plans
- Deliver implementation proposals to client leadership teams
- Guide client purchasing decisions by reinforcing confidence and urgency in proposed solutions
- Support enterprise practice growth by improving coordination between Sales and Services, and adapting implementations to client needs
- Develop relationships with certified Solutions Partners to improve recommendation quality
- Support partner development through direct feedback and collaboration with Partner Development Managers
- Improve the impact and efficiency of partner certification programs
- Offer expert guidance on best practices related to deployment planning, business processes, change management, and platform adoption
