MYOB is hiring a Senior Services Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently deploy products and services within the MYOB Acumatica ecosystem.
  • Deliver training on MYOB platform solutions and facilitate organizational change activities and reviews.
  • Assess, scope, and prioritize time and resources needed to deliver services as required.
  • Drive customer success and adoption of platforms by implementing applications, add-ons, extensions within MYOB products, and integrations with third-party products.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Consultant, or Services Consultant with an ERP product and strong proficiency with relevant tools.
  • Solid application and domain knowledge, typically involving building or configuring solutions.
  • Strong financial knowledge and experience are essential.
  • Proven experience in a direct client-facing role with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, along with excellent verbal, written, and social communication abilities.
  • Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand to support customers as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Functional knowledge of the MYOB Acumatica product suite or a similar product is highly regarded.
