Responsibilities
- Ensure stable and reliable operation of the ServiceNow platform
- Lead technical initiatives while collaborating with the platform owner and lead developer during team development
- Conduct in-depth system assessments to evaluate current configurations and custom elements
- Oversee daily administration tasks such as managing users, roles, groups, and access controls
- Diagnose and resolve advanced platform and integration challenges
- Coordinate environment updates, patches, cloning processes, and release verifications
- Administer and support key ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, and SecOps
- Maintain accurate CMDB data using discovery, reconciliation, service mapping, and governance practices based on ITIL v4 and CSDM
- Handle integration technologies including REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server configurations
- Build and sustain integrations with external systems like Microsoft Intune, Azure, and third-party SaaS applications
- Serve as the primary technical architect for ServiceNow, shaping both current and future architectural designs
- Enforce platform governance, security policies, and compliance standards
- Detect performance issues and execute optimization strategies
- Gather and interpret operational metrics related to platform usage and workflow effectiveness
- Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation for architecture and data management
- Support Agile project delivery across design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch phases
- Collaborate with ITSM, infrastructure, security, and application teams for impact and root cause analysis
- Guide and mentor team members working on ServiceNow and CMDB initiatives
- Contribute to strategic planning and long-term roadmap development
- Ensure secure and efficient system operations through proactive administration
- Support continuous improvement of platform capabilities and service delivery
Compensation
The base salary for this role is anticipated to range from $100,000 to $125,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on experience, expertise, location, and skill set. This is an exempt position and part of a broader compensation structure that may include bonus opportunities and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) options.

- The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $100,000- $125,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life and 401(k).
