Responsibilities
- Perform all duties assigned to a Senior Service Technician
- Identify and resolve complex, recurring, or uncommon issues in robotic systems, modular units, and support vehicles using advanced diagnostic methods and data analysis
- Conduct high-level repairs involving detailed electrical systems, control modules, and related hardware with little oversight
- Analyze and apply information from technical documentation, circuit diagrams, and diagnostic guides during troubleshooting
- Record detailed diagnostic procedures, root cause assessments, unique troubleshooting actions, repair outcomes, and component failure data in the service management system, and suggest knowledge base improvements
- Offer technical expertise, coaching, and real-time support to Level 2 Technicians on difficult assignments
- Operate independently to organize and prioritize daily tasks and service demands
- Configure, calibrate, and maintain specialized diagnostic instruments and testing devices

- This is an on-site role requiring full in-office attendance
- The position operates on the AM shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM), five days a week, including at least one weekend day
